BTCCSquare news:

X unveiled plans to let users trade stocks and cryptocurrencies directly within their social media feeds, accelerating its push into financial services. The feature, announced by product lead Nikita Bier on February 14, 2026, activates when users click ticker symbols like $BTC or $TSLA, displaying real-time charts and transaction options without leaving the platform.

The MOVE targets traders who currently use X for market news before switching to dedicated apps. By eliminating app-switching delays, X aims to capitalize on volatile moments—especially in crypto assets like $ETH, $SOL, and meme coins such as $DOGE and $SHIB—where sentiment shifts rapidly.

Bier simultaneously cracked down on crypto spam, warning against "claim your fees" schemes that degrade user experience. Stricter platform rules will aim to curb harassment while allowing legitimate crypto discourse.
